Email, fax or mail your documents to us along with our order form. If you choose to mail them please include two copies. If your documents are from out of state please include the proof of service for us to fill out. When we receive your documents we will confirm that we have received them and attempt service within the designated time frame.
If you are paying by check or money order please mail us your payment made out to "USA Process Serving".
